or you could use 1 #21, and 2 Mileage 5000 on 1 item to complete your max OJ on 1 item like I did less than a week ago (2nd letter A seemed to be non-existent then -.-)

After an option is voted, tactics will make a new thread for tier. It will more than likely need modifying a few times until it is ready, don't think that the tiers will stand as they are now! I think he realized he could have made it a little clearer in the Original Post
