level restriction its slowing mastery down
i am almost leaving WCM and hit 60, where would be the best place to train for my next mastery at 60?

WDT does not exist (you can't 'warp it' monster will stay same lvl), WEC is the next best place BUT if I was you I'd rather wait till 68 before playing in there.

(excepting pro clerics and pallies... WEC is your play area at 60 o.o)

Hmm, if we had more detail on his/her Class and Gears we could sum up where fastest place to get masteries done would be. ^^

Background research done.

I see you're a wizard. Level to 63 farming Ancient Jewelry.
If TLM is too hard for you to handle, do dual camp rep till 63.

At this point you may do SMF mobs in order to get valuable mastery experience. Should be fast and a variety of guides are under wiz/nec forum. Once you're ready to level hand in your AJ's and make sure to farm enough plenty of Four Seas rep. You'll need it for the Magic attack/def potion/greater repair hammer wannabe(esp this one it's soo important).

Indeed SMF is 63!

remember to have the 50 relic on because the +10 hit you get from is important in maintaining your stun lock.

Just a head-up, DON"T be frustrated from 60-61, it will seem like a longer level than usual. And it is 40 million when the surrounding levels are 20 and 25 million.

WEC and SMF(if you can lock the mobs there properly) Would be the best place to train your 60 masters. Have to be Lv63 to enter both places iirc, although its recommended you be 66-68 when you actually grind your masters there, you'll have higher stats, and stronger Archmage skills

I suggest doing your story quests in Prism Island and Twin Lion mountain and the various reps there to gain Four Seas Fame while you level up to 63(plus, pretty sure a book at Twin Lion gives an Insight Stone, and one of the Four Seas Missions gives one)

If you intend to cap 60 though, you can still use WCM, while it gives reduced exp, Its still better than mobs in other areas(gave my 60 Sage around 20k exp per kill with lega) or if you dont mind spending a lot of money, you can try playing Oclay for Insight stones on Round 5(1 free Mastery point per stone)
