May i suggest a few things a good PM will do

1)Increase M-clay rates 5% on good items from what they are on.
2)Perm increase odds to each round 10% more.

In bags to get items ones buy with AP take single M-clay out because you got 99% chance to get 1 mclay lol ( Try this 25 clay 5 clay 2 clay worse than add them special items in bags that players trying to get and increase odds 10-15%.

Have half price perm item buy direct days like on paydays fridays so on and good tier events tier events have been ok.

But we need butter luck on items you want us to gamble on if you increase the rates you will make players happy and you make more money on sales.

Most players have 1 character for each class they will buy more to up them to if rates are good don,t think players ony have 1 character and 1 set of gear players like to make every yellow every gear +15 they own so making better odds will only make you guys rich and will make the players happy .

These are my thoughts .
