CoD times

Because CoD lock fails...
It has been suggested before but is it possible to reduce the amount of time one has to wait for CoDs to be returned. Most honest players will pay straight away, so it would be an inconvinience only to scammers if the time was pushed beyond - say - half an hour. I am currently awaiting the return of an item I have CoD'd where the player seems to have deleted his account. IDK if I will even get my item back but please can we fix this?

Are you sure the item had CoD on it? Everytime I CoD even when I am being trolled I get it back right away. And when they paid for it usually comes right back also, I know normal mail has a wait time though if the player doesn't look at the mail or hit return/cancel. Maybe it was CoD'd and the player is not opening it?

It was defo CoD'd. I made the mistake of sending the item and adding gold once (luckily my recipient was honest) so I am very careful when I CoD these days. As far as I am aware, I should get the item back if I don't recieve the gold. If not will have to submit a ticket I guess.

I think a simple answer to this would be if EE had a cancel letter sent option.

Agreed, I think it would be nice to have to option to recall your CoD items, say you have made an agreement with somebody, you send the item with the charge attached, they don't respond with in 10 minutes? then you can simply recall it and try sell your items again! Smile

I believe this should definitely be implemented Smile
