I have this recurrent problem about having my bag full, and so to make some places i sent my crafting materials to another char that i knew personally, knowing that if they werent opened they will be sent back to me after 3 days, and indeed they came back. But the problem is that i had to be absent for about a week, and when i came back my mails were pratically empty except my expired auctions stuff. I lost lots of crafting mats this way. I sent a ticket about it, but I was told that there're no traces about them on their database. So I'd like to address this problem on the forum to find out if anyone else has similar problem.
So from what i noticed, if i send items by mail, and they got sent back to me (after 3 days), they'll stay in my mail for 10 days, and if i dont take them out I will lose them. May I suggest about extending the time or perhaps delete the time for the items to stay in mails after they got sent back?
