you can try to ask them through RT, but normally it shouldn't work. GM enchants were taken down about 1-2 months ago.

it's always worth a try, if you have been away from the game a wee while, it doesn't hurt to ask via a RT worst they can say is no, nothing ventured nothing gained I always say, just be nice and polite in your RT and offer as much info as possible, i find that works well.

Gm i sent Rt cuz you made a mistake for my boot ( Moon Kirin ) s5.

You are enchanted my boots but the problem it's now the boot is Winter' .... so s4 boot.

But it was s5 pleas fix that problem .

I am waiting for our GM's allow us to replace the cape off the gods by cp's, even for 200k or 300k cp, or even 500k cp

More easy if u create or edit a NPC like BlackSmith and add section for GM Enchanting or Silk Fabric combine.
We dont need to w8..more easy for u GMs and for us players, in this time(GM enchanting) we cant use items. I w8 about 4 days .

dude they dont know how to work things out with anything really... its just my opinion though but it seems to be supported by them anyways..
