I'm going to try a Necromancer for the first time. I was wondering what accessories, staffs, books, talents and armor are recommended to bring out the full potential in a Necromancer? And why?

Armor: Necro Legacy +7-9 (15 if you want to be loltroll) with +3 vit or +9 int (or +2 vit +9 int if you have a 66+ char
Accs: 2x Necklace of dead with vit, int and magic crit damage (having magic crit rate is a plus but not needed)
Staff: +15 40 staff that adds 50% crit rate and cast speed slotted with 8% magic crit damage prefix should me amplifying intellegence or magic burst and +9 (or 15) 30 sleep staff same prefix/stones as 40
Relic: Either 39 orange slotted with 8% crit damage or if you can find a better 39 blue relic with vit and int with mcrit damage or mcrit rate
Talent: Mystic Mentor
