Gave a 1 due too the fact nothing has changed in shaiya for months, i could go on and on about it but im sick of saying the same things over and over again about the reason why shaiya only gets 1 every month.

Gave a 1 originally but I'll mark it up to 2 to be gracious.

Reasons why it's a low rating:

Problems that exist with DoMO. (Three posts from the Aeria and Loyalty thread.)

Though in speaking with that, I thank you Superman0X for at least trying to address and respond to the issues we have with the game. Now it's time to do something about them and not let our complaints (reasonable or not) to be seen as fallen on deaf ears. Not expecting dramatic instantaneous change but a more gradual change.

DoMO needs moar GMs. Enough said. It's one thing to miss one ticket out of tons of tickets, but multiple tickets is poor service. Let alone not being handled within the time frame which Aeria has set.

On the positive note: A positive thread in the DoMO boards, who knew? A good sign things are starting to pick up for the game in a way.

Now with EE with the Burning Metal issue, the threads were not responded to in a reasonable time for customers to be satisfied with it. I sent a ticket on it (#7447445) and resolved in a quick time which I appreciate and thank you for. And we do now have finally Aeria staff responding in the thread for BM, and addressing any other concerning issues including server merge. Give my thanks to the EE team for responding to the thread and attempting to resolve player's responses.

I can only hope the situation can get better as we have a fair bit of the playerbase unhappy with the nerf and Aeria approving of the nerf that we can find some kind of middle ground which both players and Aeria can be satisfied with. Would rather not see this game get ridden into the ground not even making a year.

Hello all I will be sending my own feedback separately however I just wanted to point out (as verksies has commented on) that this thread is for individual players personal feedback. It is not a thread to debate their feedback. It is a thread to put your own personal feedback on customer service (whatever that means to the individual) Therefore even if you personally do not agree with their feedback save that for another thread. It is just getting a wee bit messy here.

Thanks

Nothing of the sort has been regulated or enforced in the past unless players were getting hostile and abusive. This poll is public for a reason. If it was meant to be one on one feedback, they would just go by the surveys sent via email and not bother with a thread. In years of feedback polls, Superman0X has never indicated that debate and discussion should not take place here.

You're welcome.

If nothing changes month in month out, why do they still post asking for players feedback >.>

Either way, I voted 1. I do not wish to disclose my reasons but they are related to Repulse and Wolfteam.

I voted a 1

There is absolutely no forward progress Neutral

Players complained about creating separation between AP buyers and non-AP buyers with your 20K+ Tiered events. You 'fixed' that by making a repeatable 15K tiered event with a 'bonus' 30K tier for anyone who does it twice... That's clearly much better than a single 20K tiered event Neutral
Normally I wouldn't complain about such a thing... but Shaiya is clearly in a state where you should not be catering to the heavy AP buyers any more... but rather the non-AP buyers in order to attract new customers that are being chased away by the huge gap in wealth.

Oh, and you promised never to give away ROTCO gear for AP... Yet the raffle this month would indicate otherwise. Selling the raffle items for AP was not cool. The concept of the raffle is good... but you should have chosen another prize IMO, because you're just creating a nice long list of broken promises for the players to complain about.

Your new Shaiya GMS suck too. Except Leo... he's cool.

Finally - your web-devs are literally the SLOWEST developers I have ever encountered. Like WTH do they do all day? Neutral
For example...
You made note of the very bright color scheme being an issue... that would be a matter of changing '#FFFFFF' to something else in the CSS. That's all it would be... a 2 minute fix at most.
It has been WEEKS...

thats the oficially proof that shows u guys focus more on sell ap, the games about grinding and pvp 1v1 need to have ways to rice up step by step in the game not wasting dolars all the way to be bored at the top cuz u cant get anything good in a pvp drop cuz u have to get dolars to be alive for some hours or some mins ... theres no funny thing on wait till an event to can get fun when a game have to be fun everytime , thats the point on play a game i think, i just have to say u guys are lucky cuz nowdays people dont care about waste money to have fun for a bit

well,I voted 5 for me personally(<-hasn't encountered any of the aforementioned issues mentioned by the other players/users etc at ALL) but IF I remember to vote next month and the aforementioned issues persist my vote will drop by a fair(if I do say so myself) amount of points because when something's wrong and solutions take too long it frustrates the customers/users/playerbase :O and that's no good at all and no not even a teeny weeny bit :3.

shaiya

biased GM events still happen. took nearly a month to get my rebate back even after numerous tickets. AP items WAY too expensive. always short term $$ instead of long term game life. still no fixes for bugs been ingame for years.

Game: 12Sky2

I had taken a break from the game when m33 was still the lvl cap. When i returned a couple months ago I found elite items selling in the item mall, this effectively turned the game from free to play to "pay to win". I continued playing as I like the game and its community, never had any issues with the GM / GS team or customer service etc... But then after the latest patch was messed up by the devs(alt1) and the new upgrade stones were removed from the drop table, they decided it would be a swell idea to go ahead and put them in the IM - good job making the game even more ap centric than it already was.

Though I do appreciate the GM's active presence in the community and the usually swift responce to RT's and such - it just seems wrong to cater so heavily to the harcore ap buyer in a free to play game.
