its 2 hours and a 10% speed increase from lvl3 and yet costs the same amount of stones 5 stones
meteo is much better tho a good improvement and the 172 passive skill gives about 200 more mag att. the 172 set isent any good and the wep has less base attack and a bad 6th seal 165 cast wep much better

that speed sounds like fun for me

for the wep I am not sure... should I be happy that I dont have to upgrade another or should I be sad...

165 Scythe 40% cooldown
172 Helm 50% cooldown
155 Shirt 20% cooldown
171 Pants 50% deadly/50% mana reduce
170 Gloves 30% mana reduction
165 Boots 2x eva 30% speed
ToF acc: 20% mana reduce
Lakin guard acc: 10% speed/20% deadly
MC acc: 20% hp suction

With this setup I have 100% cast and mana reduction 70% deadly and 40% speed. I use wind elemental blessing for faster skill and attack speed and because my deadly is 70% boost I land nearly as many deadlies as when I use the water blessing.

If I couple this setup with the 2nd sin killer affinity title I get 10% more run speed. Using guild holy wave(wind blessed) and guild light of honor(not wind blessed) I kill most monsters before they ever get to me and can maintain permanent level 2 ignition which I wind bless for the longer duration.

My pvp set is mostly what is already posted. I use 2 parts raid set and 2 parts crafted set and have the extra raid pieces for the 4 piece set skill. My accs are all forged 112x3 hit rate, 67x2 evasion(2) and 112x3 hit rate, 67 evasion and 30 magic attack.

I have yet to find a better pve setup than what I use. It accomplishes everything I need for pve. I haven't needed a medicine or health potion since I started using it and I don't use item mall potions while I grind. It's basically free money for my time spent.
