Quest Log Won't Show!

My quest log won't pop up for some reason :s. When I go to the quest section in my adventure log and shift + click a quest to make it go yellow, it won't show in the mini log thingy? Help pls!

Do you have the tracker on? Same page as quests listed right at top. Make sure it is checked off.
