The biggest problem with people nowadays is that whenever they see something bad happening in front of them (take crime, for instance), most just tend to stand around and do nothing until someone decide to take action himself (or herself) and call the authorities or try to offer assistance to the victim.
As far as I know, the victim HAVE to act him/herself in real life for cases such as harrasments of any kind, or the police can't do a thing even with thousands of people reporting it.
Harrassing is an indyvidual case. The victim should be the one reporting it, as the "no" could as well be simply "fake" and no one around can say whichever it is.
The fact about it being posted on trade doesn't do much for that either. The original poster can't report for someone, unless he was given the right to do so as a representative. He can though report the offender for the language...if he HIMSELF did ask the offender to stop. I doubt that's the case, but who knows.
If someone is not confident in his language skills, nothing and no one stops him/her to ask someone around how it should be written.
If someone won't be able to help themselves, sorry but no one else can. People around can just try to make the person more confident, and take action, but that's the limit of what they can.
That's at least what it seems to me to be the place. Though I guess many wouldn't agree, and the nature of virtual world may kind of change it as well.
