why always i click launcher, download failed!

I cant download the game with launcher,every time i try i get error "internal failure".
i run windows vista home premium,can anyone help with a site were i can dl the game from?

i get a black screen and a little downlode box and the down lode % stays at the begining and then i get on top of it " Not Responding"? idk what to do it work on here befor.

got another problem with the launcher. i downloaded the game and everything was fine but if i try to launch the game, nothing happens. what should i do?

I have a problem, my program does not start from today's update 14

I dont think my client is bad but when i launch the game everything is fine except the sound doesnt work at all...

umm try clicking on the blue bars (left click) to start the installation, basically you have already downloaded it and now you are trying to install it again, so no need to download it again, thats why it skips
