Why Phys hitrate

on Spec?
Riddle me this: I am 95 spec, wearing only 93 plain hr acc, and have : 1069 phys hr, and 649 mage hr..kk

So why the huge melee phys hitrate when we dont even use it? Or do we? there is 1 skill that does "slow melee" but its a low starter skill. and dont see other 'melee' skills, so why is this?

and 2: Why does Sorcerer Erraticrat gloves have "Melee physical hitrate:156"(may be wrong on exact #, but its high, and wrong hr for class i believe.

Anyone that can truely answer this, without guessing, I would appreciate the input.

All classes have basic magic AND physical hitrate that increases when you level up. For a magical class such as sorcerer the phys hitrate is useless.. why is it there? who cares it doesnt bother me.
The gloves are most likely a mistake, if u report it in the bugs section hopefully they will change the seals soon (soon in lc time = 0.5 to 5 years).

Well my RK have more magical HR than phys HR... Always hard to understand what the dev have in mind...
