surprise surprise?

Having n played Eden Eternal for 6 months, thought I'd come back this week. For the first time, last night I was going to buy some AP... but couldn't doa subscription since I never made a purchase before, so I was forced to buy a miniscule $10's worth of AP and thought I'd try the new wheel for kicks, knowing i'd only lose.

Spun til i spent all my AP (9 spins) and lost about 300 AP.

Thought "what the heck, once more" and landed on the 5000AP spot after 2-3 more spins. Picked up a pair of 500AP wins too.. in the end, left with 5999AP. I fully recognize the stupid luck here, but spending only $10 ended up netting me over double the AP i was going to have from spending $25! Aeria's rules and system ended up saving me and losing them extra money ^.^

Well this sucks! I had 2401AP but now I only have 81AP. I want to say that the wheel is rigged, but apparently other people have won 99AP+. I guess I just have bad luck.

They do not lose, in gambling it always favours the house otherwise they would be out of business. Sometimes people are lucky and get a decent win, however many lose and that is how they make their money. I am glad you were one of the lucky ones. Just dont go and spend it all back on lootwheel as that is when gambling becomes dangerous if you get hooked Wink

The rule of gambling is never spend more than you are willing to lose.

For those interested in discussion of the AP Lootwheel, or Lootwheels in general....
Don't forget to read the original release thread (24 pages long)

AP WHEEL/LOOT WHEEL

RIGGED? SCAM? FAIR? :P
OK boys n girls for those of you whom are bad at math...allow you to inform you....
if you have 1 out of every 3 prizes GOOD you have a .333% chance to win that prize.....if u get 2 bad prizes in a row...your odds are .1111% to get that outcome ( .333^2nd power) 10 in a row bad would be about .00001378% or whetever aka ( .333^10thPower) do the math...
they fail to disclaim that physics/chance are not natural and have been changed in their favor.. quite unlike that of a casino...so plz understand before you "use" your ap on these wheels that you do not have a fair chance at winning one of the good prizes as the probability is not equal to that of the % of prizes good vs bad......
