I can give a straight link, or explain it aswell :p If you are on aeria game site, just go bottom of the page and press "contact us" (= Then you just choose the correct section and fill in the information.

When you report, please include as much information as possible.
If you are reporting another player, then include screen shots of exactly what happened.
If you are reporting a bug, please state what you expect to happen, and what actually is happening. If it is possible to include screen shots there, then please do so.
