In an effort to offer you better and faster support, a new 14 day policy for reporting via Contact Us for the following issues is now in place:

  • Hacked Accounts
  • Scamming
  • Mod Failures
  • Trades
  • Purchase problems
  • Anything involving your inventory/post

If you need to Contact Us for any of these reasons, please do so as soon as possible. Also, you will need to provide as much information as possible, including:

  1. The name(s) of every character involved.
  2. Your closest guess of the time and date, provided in PST/PDT format.
  3. What exactly occurred (trade/scam/mod failure, etc)
  4. What items are missing/affected
  5. SCREENSHOTS of your issue, especially if it involves another player.

These reports must be submitted to us NO MORE than 14 DAYS after it happens. Help us help you and - please do not wait, send your report to us immediately after any issues occur.

***Please note that this means that your Contact Us request must be submitted within 14 days, NOT that this is the time period within which the RT ticket must be resolved.

For more information on how to submit a request ticket, please go here:
How to submit a Request Ticket

For more information on scamming and how to avoid it, please go here:
Scamming, Account Sharing, Gold Buying/Selling Info and Policies

Thank you!

Forum Posting Guidelines

An explanation of the do's and don'ts when posting in the forums
Following are some guidelines to follow when posting on the forums. Please bear in mind that this list is not comprehensive and may not cover all recommended guidelines for posting on the forums. Above all else, please use common sense and maturity before posting.

  • Refrain from posting about threads that have been locked or deleted
If a thread has been locked or deleted, it is because a moderator considered the content of the thread to be in violation of our Terms of Service or considered that there would be no further beneficial feedback gained from leaving the thread open. Further posting about a locked or deleted thread will be considered spam and action may be taken against the account. If you feel a thread should be unlocked, please contact us here.

  • Do not make posts asking for a GM, either by name or title
While we do read all threads on the forums, requesting a GM in your post will not make us read the thread any faster or respond to the thread. Any posts of this nature are subject to deletion or lock. If you need to contact us, you may do so here.

  • Do not "necro" or "bump" threads
Avoid posting to old threads for no reason (known as "necroing") or posting repeatedly to the same thread in an effort to get people to notice the thread. Posts violating this rule may be subject to lock or deletion.

  • Keep your threads relevant, mature, and within the Terms of Service
This can include not posting threads all in caps, refraining from using profanity, avoiding "trolling" other players, and much more. Please use common sense when posting.
