In an effort to offer you better and faster support, a new 14 day policy for reporting via Contact Us for the following issues is now in place:
If you need to Contact Us for any of these reasons, please do so as soon as possible. Also, you will need to provide as much information as possible, including:
- Hacked Accounts
- Mod Failures
- Purchase problems
- Anything involving your inventory/post
- The name(s) of every character involved.
- Your closest guess of the time and date, provided in PST/PDT format.
- What exactly occurred (trade/scam/mod failure, etc)
- What items are missing/affected
- SCREENSHOTS of your issue, especially if it involves another player.
These reports must be submitted to us NO MORE than 14 DAYS after it happens. Help us help you and - please do not wait, send your report to us immediately after any issues occur.
***Please note that this means that your Contact Us request must be submitted within 14 days, NOT that this is the time period within which the RT ticket must be resolved.
