Resetting your Aeria Games Password
Keep the thieves away!
Recent security changes here at Aeria Games necessitate that all players of our games change their passwords. You can read more about these changes via this link here.
If you have not done so already or are having trouble changing yours, you can initiate a reset request to the email on the account by first logging out of all of your Aeria Accounts and then following this link:
You may enter EITHER the username OR the account's email. If you use Facebook to connect, you can get your password reset email by entering the email that you use for Facebook. The response you receive in your email will allow you to log in directly and personalize your password without needing to know your old one. All passwords must have uppercase, lowercase, and a number.
Once you have done this, you should be able to log in to the web site, the forums or any of our games. Remember, passwords are case sensitive.
If you are having issues recieving the password reset emails, or the registration emails, you may need to put us on your whitelist. You can find the details of how to do this here:
If you have never activated your account, you can request that the activation email be resent. If that does not work or if you are still experiencing trouble accessing your account, please contact the GM team directly by using Contact Us so you can change to a different email adress.
