Why when I topup AP then it Error AP ?

If your AP went to the Error after buying AP, then you need to submit a RT to Billing and they will help your sort it out. An RT takes 24 to 48 hours to be answered, but since it's a billing issue it can take 72 to 96 hours to get a response.

If your AP went to Inactive, that means your AP is still being processed, just give it 20 to 30 minutes and you should be fine to spend your AP.
