Heartbeat Ammulets, rings and loops

Drops
Does anyone know what mob on map 3 drops these?

They could drop from all mobs for all I know, but I usually always get them from the sealakels, on the northwest side of the map.

this. They've a pretty decent drop rate.

They are a general drop for the area, most mobs should have a chance to drop this item.
