This is more or less for anyone with cards that have been used and then lost:
For anyone missing AP redeemed off of a Fun Card or anything, here's InComm's merchant services number: 1 800 643 6296
Since billing hasn't done anything about calling them, I figured I would.
Here's the process, tell the individual who answers that you are in possession of an Aeria Fun Card, then provide them with the number underneath the magnetic strip. They will then tell you whether or not the card has been used.
If it HAS been used and you do not have your points, well...yeah. There you go. It's a little hard to argue with that logic if the only user in the database who's used those PIN numbers made the ticket in the first place. Kinda seems a little stupid to argue with the person who
A: Has physical possession of the card
B: Is the only one who has used the card
C: Has taken pictures of the card and sent it to the administration
If anyone else has an issue with the cards, there you go. Call that toll-free number. It literally takes them less than a minute to look up the info. So I guess I should be taking that time out of their paycheque. I'd also like to thank the very helpful and courteous staff of InComm for letting me know about the status of my card in a polite and informative manner.
