I can't help but get the feeling this game hates me, all the promotions and stuff I want to do involving AP just don't work out because of your billing system. Here you need 9999 ap for the 30 day rent a wep, 10000 AP for the tiered spender, both with good prizes but I cannot buy that much AP in time because I only just started playing and can buy AP only once a day will there be any provision for new players or will we just have to miss out?

i dont think the rebate count toward tiered spender. The rebate was only if you buy the one that said rebate. Since it don't ssay rebate it wont have rebate. For the rebate. all u need was 9999 AP. you dont waste it. u just need it

how about a mini tier to start new year off?since most cant aford 10k + ap ones? ty and maybee 3 for 1 expb
