Okay, so for those who have already acquire the skill phantom strike, how does the sub skill work? On skill description it says increase fury (in this case it's fatal) attack odds by 10%. However, when the skills triggers and the sub skill triggers (which I think is 100% of the time as long as the actual skill activates), I don't see an increase in my special attack %. Normally when a skill says increase attack damage by xx % we can see it on the combat screen with a little red arrow showing that its been increased. But for phantom strike nothing changes on the screen.
So I'm here to ask whether the skills is actually doing what it suppose to do or is it bugged? Or does the sub skill actually increase the chance of the actual skill (Phantom Strike) being a fatal strike by 10%, instead of increasing the overall special hit % by 10%? If the sub skill is to increase the actual skills's chance of fatal then the skill is broken, because if you think about it, the actual skill (Phantom Strike) activates first then it triggers the sub skill. This can be proven looking at other skills such as Frost Strike or Assault, Maim etc... So when Phantom Strike triggers the system should already determine whether it will be a fatal strike or a normal strike, then the sub skill will have no effect on the actual skill.....
Does other sins that already have acquire the skill think the sub skill is very vague or they believe I'm just totally wrong here lol
