It happens sometimes. It usually, like "solves itself" after a couple of hours.

i have a bfh account that is old and i have made yesterday a new aeria acc but if i want to purchase my battlefund aeria say that i dont have an account

Same problem, and with this "bug" i can't buy BF ,say that i have no heroes but i have 2 heroes i and i have buy BF 1 week ago with same account.


So i can't buy BF because i have the message = Failed to connect to Battlefield Heroes site, right ?

Purchsed the Hunter kit told included "permanant" granade launcher, checked yesterday told item expired and I had to pay to use it!

haven't played in months but just tried for you guys and can't get on either.
