Is this your first time purchasing points? If so there is a delay in when the Aeria Points are added to your account as it's waiting for the amount you purchased to clear.

The issue with where it says "You are not logged in" when you try to buy gold is a slightly known issue. Sometimes you have to wait around 15 minutes. Sometimes you have to close your browser and reopen it. Sometimes you have to clear your cache and cookies then try again.
