Few additional comments....

The double rep, powerups and 60k igc only apply to new drivers created AFTER purchasing the starter pack.

The 3 igc cars can be found by going to the in game dealer and finding them for 0 boost. Some people may see them in the "gifts" section by going to the in game boost store.

These cars can be deleted to get a little bit of igc and keep the car slots for other (better) cars so in a sense they are a 1500 boost value.

Also make sure to check out EA's boost store for "free" top-up cars for purchasing their 8k, 17.5k and 50k speed boost offers. They sometimes offer a 25% bonus on these offers, usually before changing the top up car. But, EA's payment system requires a credit card or similar for these.
