This is a wonderful update for a Witch Skill, I wish they would do something similar for Transformation.
Level 7 uses 100 Mana and 'Steals" 400 Hit Points
Level 8 uses 500 Mana and 'Steals' 1600 Hit Points
That is 5x more Mana and 4x more Draining
This is a nice improvement to the skill, but its hardly enough to offset the extreme damage that Compra and his Buddies do now.
Still its a great skill, has a short refresh time, and is really fun with 100% refresh
