my suggestion: make it able for alliancemembers to share resources

reason for: sharing resources makes everybody able to build up quick. and progress easier in the game.
reason against: not any really.

Plus I see a negative to this. Few people will take advantage of this and run with it. I have seen it in other games where you can transfer items and whatnot to anybody; including lower levels, and newly created mule accounts.
