Glad you asked, I'll tell you.

I logged into Dynasty Warriors Online last night for the first time all weekend (as I was celebrating the weekend for my birthday) and seen the Capes.

I said "Oh cool - there's a chance of getting that blue cape! I think it looked cool. But it ends tonight..hmm... kinda late...is it worth it..... yeah okay." So, it's pitch black outside, and I go all the way to the nearest Walgreens that sells Aeria Fun Cards.

Takes me all of 15 minutes to get back.

When I get here I scratch off the thing covering the pin and I punch in the code. I get 2060ap from it.

Then I click the "go straight to item mall" button. It takes me to the featured items where the mystery cape boxes are listed. I click one of the boxes.

Nothing happens...

I click the other box.

Nothing happens...

I glance up at my ap count and see that I have plenty of ap and try right clicking.

I get the whole print screen command list thingamajig.

I tripply check my ap count then I glance down at the price of the capes - 160-ish if i remember right. Then I notice it.

The big problem...

In tiny print - note you'll not find this mentioned in the OP - is the Quantity.

And what does it say by Quantity?

"Sold out"

sould out? really? a virtual item is sold out.

So now I have 2060ap just sitting up there in my account.

I am looking at the bright sides though.

1- I was saved from wasting all the ap on a chance to get a cape when I probably would've gotten crap (much like aerias "special 3 of the different pets" lottery in 12sky 2 where people bought the pet lottery expecting "3" of the different pets (there's what? 10?20?) and got 1 lucky token that was absolutely worthless at that point in time.)

2- Something awesome will eventually show up in the item mall again and this time I have the ap for it and don't have to make a late night run.

3- someone smart insert a 3rd bright side here.

gotta read the fine print. See it? It's between the Frame and the exclamation mark. It's pretty hard to see. You might need some really special glasses for it.

I don't understand why people still spending so much on a game, where gms treat people like retards, especially when aeria/koei dont seem give a crap.
Only thing I see them doing is squeeze your momey and in return they give you a laggy server with bug thats not fixed for 8 months. Dont even bother to give these false hopes anymore huh? The crap like we are working on the issue, pls bare with us for blabla amount of time.
This is most rubbish game I have ever played

it's not free it costs money....

and there's nothing to buy with it. Well nothing I personally want anyways..

All i can do is hope for another promo that peaks my interest. (I don't buy ap very often at all)
