Read a bit of the threads started in this hunter/archer area. It's been answered many times and also reads in stickied Aes' Archer Guide. Anyways a quick synopsis:
475-600 LUC in total (depending on your lvl, 475 as fast as possible, later 550-600 just in case)
200-300 DEX at high lvls (I got about 150 DEX on my UM and I miss very often on orange mobs in pando)
rest to STR, but only after you've met those criteria. If you can afford a Stat Reset (2 bil), go STR/DEX to 30ish and restat to LUC/DEX and lapis em both too. If not, struggle getting to 30 with LUX/DEX build or stay with STR/DEX (not usually recommended).
