a suggestion about clear age indicator on the game pages
games like shaiya, it should clearly state the right age
not after you download the game.....
the tos says certain things are 18+ and people are responsable
for their own fail however it can't hurt
showing age or even pegi* on the game page.....not making people doubt....

also in punishments under the game shaiya there is twice
billing fraud stated......

also minor problems should not be dericted to tickets so
easily, take -2refreshing ap ppl are directed to billing inquiries
which takes 24-48 hours till response which this problem solves
itself in 20 minutes mostly if not yes they should send a ticket
but if so, which makes a gm read and response
for nothing making the ticket service inefficient......


how about a support section on every game page?
which players can check rather than forums, reading
about solutions to certain problems that already have
been solved but are occuring to some players again?
i mean not like the FAQ but actually all kind of
issues that have been solved, not just tech issues related to
the game....like the -2 and -1 billing issues o.o

this would only work if people would learn to read instead of expecting every tiny answer in the shoutbox, no one hardly uses the search feature in the forums

Yeah people are still gonna go in ShoutBox and ask about random things just to be redirected to this support page X_X , But it could work , Some people can read , just to lazy to look and needs to be redirected to the Page. Others will probably just sit and complain and not even click the link they are given and will just keep asking random people on Shoutbox

A lot of people don't bother to read the age limit, rules, conditions etc. Like Runescape is ment to be 13 years and up yet there are 9 and 8 year olds playing. This applies to almost every game and it's something we can't do anything about. It's to easy to lie about your age let alone try and restrict it. The age thing is just there as a warning and prompting the message "this thing is for older people and we reccommend it to stay like this". Some sites say underages can play it but as long as they have parental persmission.
