Will there ever be any event or specials for those who already have purchased DG before? Or its always going to be 1st purchase events...

I bought 100 dragon gold for the first time for the first time buyer of dragon gold event and receive five magic scroll (III) and three free instances and this topic said they were paid out. In the rules it says please allow 5 to 7 days for reward to be sent to you, so does that mean five to 7 days from when the paid out topic came out or five to seven days from the end of the event. Either way if it is five to seven days from after this paid out topic came out then I should be getting them, but if I should have already gotten the scrolls and three free instances then could someone please look into this so I may receive my reward please.
