I have been trying to recruit a hero in my tavern and I am getting a failure message saying:Failure to recruit hero, unknown errors have cache. If restart the browser and clear its cache. If there are still any problems, please contact GM. So now I am doing so. It is very hard to get a purple and when you have chances and this happens it is extremly frustrating when you can't even recruit a hero because of some error. Please look into this and get it fixed please as it will be very difficult to play a game you can't get any new heroes on.

This is also the same error message I am getting when trying to collect on finished quests also. This is only happening on the WarHorse server. I am able to play without error on the other servers.

This sounds like an error you may need to report to Snail Games - Aeria staff can't assist with bugs or in-game issues.
