At guild lvl 3 we had new privileges added.
One of them was "Treasury Authori" - cut this way.
So what does Treasury Authorization do?

It allows you to give players access to the guild stash. The guild bank. Whatever you want to call it.

You can find the bank in your town, if you talk with the clerk.

Guild WH 1 (2,3 etc. on higher guild lvls) is guild stash.
Treasury must be something different.
