Well, my brother's an oracle, so I'll go back to being an assassin again. This time, I'll name the character Rakuen. We'll pretend she's related to Yousha. Daughter or something. *cough*
My brother's may ahead of me now...I feel so cheated! Argh. Oh well. I'm SO going to out-do him! He beats me in EVERYTHING. But I have experience with this game! I WILL PREVAIL! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAhahahahaha....*laughs running into the sunset*

Alright, ever since the closed beta became open beta, we've all lost all our characters and stuff. Wonderful. I'm sure everyone is SO happy about that. Oh well. I'm playing with my brother now; we're starting new characters together :)

I haven't played at all since that last blog entry. Yousha's still traveling; don't worry. But things have been hard for me outside the gaming life. I've worked a lot of hours and well, a friend of mine committed suicide a couple of weeks ago. So, I'm still in the process of getting all the pieces back together. I'll be okay, though. All I need is time. Then, it'll be back to being chased aimlessly around swamps and mass genocide of mutant bears and centaurs. Plus, I've got two weeks off from school! So that'll give me quite a bit of time.

I found today to be rather vexing...I arrived far to the north, amongst powerful monsters I couldn't take on more than one at a time. Holy. THAT was certainly an adventure. I accepted a quest for an old man in the temple, and ventured into the northern swamp...and soon found myself running willy-nilly in each and every direction with six viper things at my heels. THAT was a lot of fun -_-

Today was quite intertesting. I stayed more to the west of the country, with my fellow Vail. Of course, there were DeathEaters around, but I felt much more comfortable being around those of my own species, to be honest.

Today I did pretty much the same as always: trying to complete quests and looking out for everything. A couple of guards said I should go to the frontlines, be a soldier, and fight the humans and elves. You know, as much as I want their blood dripping from my sword, I don't want to do it in the name of the government. I'm not selling my soul to politics! I'm a mercenary! And...sometimes...a good samaritan -_- But keep that on the down-low. If anyone asks, I'm a lone wolf XD No need to go spreading the word that I actaully possess a heart.

I've been spending far too much time to the east. That's mostly DeathEater territory. I know more about the DeathEater's culture and history than I do about the Vail's! So, I decided to travel west, back home. Wow, that sounds familiar. Only this time I'm not lost. Well, in a way maybe I am. I've lost sight of the Vail's culture. Kind of metaphorical, isn't it?

Nothing really exciting happened today. It was basically all training and quests and money. Man, those ghosts near the mine really drive me up the wall. -_-

I was invited to join a party at one point, though. I accepted, not really knowing what it was...then I decided it was a pain in the ass and wanted to leave the party. I couldn't figure out how -_- However, the party leader kindly kicked me out, little did he or she know that that's exactly what I was hoping for.

Alright, after reading through the race descriptions and class summaries, I've finally decided what kind of character I will be. I will remain true to my own nature as a passive bringer-of-balance.

Well, this is new for me. Waiting for the Beta version to be released is a pain; this game looks really entertaining. Should keep me amused for a couple of hours, at least. I'm filling up the blog with mindless babble today because I'm putting off a 7-page essay that was due last week I haven't started yet. I really don't care much for Robert Browning and therefore have no real desire to spend 3 hours of my time rambling on and on about his works. Honestly -_-
