So I downloaded DK Online, and appear to have all of the necessary requirements to play, including latest DirectX and OS. However when I start the game an error window appears - Graphics Engine Initialisation Failure - and closes the launcher. It then give me an option to send an error report which I tried to send. But it also fails for some reason due to another 'error' with connecting to RPG Factory.

Has anyone else had this problem, or knows why it is happening?
