timed-out

[i]I am getting sick of this. I can not log into Last Chaos. I keep getting timed out. Ive tried getting rid of my temporay internet files, uninstalling the game and everything. But i am still blocked (TIMED OUT!)
Does anyone out there have any Suggestions??
