I DLed Last Chaos today and its patching atm, my overall goal is lvl 15 or so... 2 and a half hours should be plenty of time to get there. I have numerous questions that i want answered. Are there rares? Are there AoE's? What level is the Higher character? Are there pets ingame?? Well for now its off to YouTube to watch some vids while im patching. I hope my gaming experience is good. Ta Ta For now

Are there rares?
In a way, yes. Equipment that has been upgraded to +10 or higher is considered rare. Accessories with certain desirable stat combinations, as well as the newly-added unique accessories are considered rare. Some things that can be bought from the Item Mall are rares. High-level pets are rares.

Are there AoE's?
Yes, there are. Dragon mounts (pet drakes that you can ride) use AoE attacks. As far as character attacks go, though, mages are the only ones that learn AoE skills.

What level is the Higher character?
The highest character is currently level 89. The max character level is capped at 90 right now.

Are there pets ingame?
Yes, there are two types of pets--horses and drakes. Both of these pets have passive skills that can help your character out. The skill options for both pets are the same until you turn the pet into a mount (mount = pet you can ride). After the pet reaches level 31, you are given the ability to make your pet a mount. Pet horses become knightmare mounts and pet drakes become dragon mounts. Once the pet is a mount, it receives a new set of skills. The horse skills become entirely defensive and the dragon skills become entirely offensive. Because of this, horse pets are considered to be worth more than drake pets.
