I spotted a 37+10 Holy Spiritual Sword today. It was being sold for 13 million, though the seller did offer to trade it for my level 32 horse mount or level 32 drake instead. I declined the pet deal and told him I'd just pay cash (hah!). My boyfriend hopped on LC, gave me his 9.8 mil (since the sword was for him), and I bought the sword. Now I just have to give it to him. He'll pay me my 3.2 mil contribution back later, after he reaches level 33 and can use the new sword.
I wish I had a 37+10. Did I mention that I saw a 37+10 staff being sold a couple weeks back? Unfortunately, I missed it. By the time I saw the message in trade chat, the seller was gone. I got in contact with her (a healer) two days later, but the staff had sold by then. Ah, well, I've kicked myself enough over that already. No need to make myself feel any worse about it now, seeing that I can't change the fact of the matter.
I bought a level 41 shield for my boyfriend, too. It was 200k--which isn't too bad, considering that it has some real nice bloodseals. I figure I'll just give it to him, no need to pay me back. After all, what's 200k?
Either money is becoming more worthless, or I'm just getting used to adding five and six zeros to the ends of price figures.
