The first LC coffee cup and it's mine

Ok anyone that knows me in the forums knows I kinda started razzing Superman about giving me a coffee cup.Well he finally got tired of hearing about it or maybe it was because I threatened him with a lucky smelt(I called it kyrptonite)I recieved one in the mail.I got this box from cafepress opened it thru all the bubble wrap I found my coffee mug the first of its kind..
I pulled it out i could see a chip in the rim. Then looking closer cracked all the way to the bottom. Ok just my luck I get something cool and It's broke.. So I rifle thru the box and find a sheet of paper with return information.yeah I find it cafepress.com/help.I goto the site see a list of questions.I see What is the return and exchange policy? Ok now I'm gettin somewhere .I click that it takes me to the next page it gives me details of the return policy and a link to a form to request an replacement.I filled it out stating my mug was cracked and gave all my information.So I get an automated response in my email.It was friday and late I thought well I'll wait untill monday to get my answer.So ill let you know what happens
