I can tell you how to get videos on your media. If you're trying to get a video off of youtube, then all you do is copy the 'embedded code', should be somewhere around the link you can copy/paste, then in your media section on your profile all you do is paste the embedded code down...add little titles and whatnot. Where ever you're trying to get the videos from, just look for 'embedded codes' then copy/paste them.
