I'm no to sure about the playlist thing, I do know how to rearrange your profile...it's actually pretty easy. When you are looking at your own profile, alls you do is click and hold on the box you want to move(i.e. Media box) then you just drag to where you want it. After you have it where you want, at the top there will be a "save layout" button, click that and you're done.
