You realize, of course, that the Concentration of Wisdom gems are useless in normal gameplay. Those are Castle Siege items that are supposed to be combined with a stone and a powder to make a Castle Siege accessory. The accessories make your character extra strong for the duration of Castle Siege, then disappear. Right before a CS starts, a merchant NPC sells them--the gems, stones, and powders--for 10k each. Not 200k.
