Week 26, Day 1

A typhoon (tropical hurricane) has hit the island. The internet has been flickering in and out for the past two days, much to my annoyance. Without the internet I cannot work, much less play!

I wonder what this new patch added in. From skimming the forums, I see that the Egeha Tower was a big part of it, along with cards that allow us to name our pets. Someone said that the cards are Item Mall-only items. I do hope this is not true. I want to be able to name my pets, too. I have already decided that my knightmare will be Omerta and my drake effligo--which is another tense of the Latin word efflixi. Do the pets lose their names when they are sold? I hope so. I wouldn't want to buy a pet whose name was thought up by someone else, just because.
