I leveled and am now able to use my next weapon set. I sold my old wand to a friend and have started trying to get some good seals on my new one. The staff that goes with the new wand is already fully sealed, quite nicely too. I hope I can pick up a few lucky smelts sometime within the next week--I need to make the wand a +6, to be equal with the staff's level of upgrades.
I found somebody with a "bad name" today. Again. Also ran into two bots, a goldseller, and somebody moving extremely fast. The non-PvP servers seem to attract the botting sort. It's annoying, but I'll live.
I've started looking for my next armor set. I know, it's a little soon, but I might as well. Very few people have ever seen the 40-42 and 45-47 armor sets for their class, much less been able own one. I've got part of the 40-42 set already, 41+6 weapon included. Got real lucky with that weapon and found it for only 5 million.
More herbing today. Not that I need herbs, but it's what I do best. Besides, I make all sorts of new friends at the herb patch. Especially young ones. I love buffing all the random new people that run by, then debuffing whatever's chasing them as they run back by. People who stop by the herb patch on Lorraine's herb quest are fun too. Or the ones who come to get herbs for their pet.. and quickly realize that herbing is no easy thing. I do what I can to teach them all about the gathering skills and how to best utilize them. Don't know if any of the people listen to me, but that's not the point. I just like trying to help.
I nearly have a complete level 1+4 set. I'm only missing the skirt now. I broke mine a while back, and later on broke another one that I had found lying around. Today I found a robe on the ground and spent a few minutes looking around for its matching skirt, but ended up empty-handed. Oh well, just another level 1 smelt to add to my growing collection. Can't wait until I find that skirt I need.

..are really interesting. They provide real insight into how a player can approach LC, or any mmorpg. More specifically, how intelligently you approach the game and how you turn things to your advantage, like negotiating trades, making sales, recycling finds.
I admire the planning ahead, the strategy. You have a neat sense of humour and I like your attitude! Good luck!
