Begin Again

Well, this is new for me. Waiting for the Beta version to be released is a pain; this game looks really entertaining. Should keep me amused for a couple of hours, at least. I'm filling up the blog with mindless babble today because I'm putting off a 7-page essay that was due last week I haven't started yet. I really don't care much for Robert Browning and therefore have no real desire to spend 3 hours of my time rambling on and on about his works. Honestly -_-

So, to start off the game...I guess I should decide beforehand which species I should be. To be honest, I'm not very inclined to pure brute force and hacking away at things face-to-face, so, Deatheaters are probably out of the question. Human? Mmmmeh. I am one; where's the fun in that? I gave elves serious thought. They have kind of my style: attack from a distance and magic to heat things up if they feel like it. Hmm. The Vail, well...as much as their use of magic and stealth is tempting, I do like to have a balance between magic and physical attacking.

Ah, dilemma, dilemma. You know, if this is the worst thing that happens to me today, I'll be lucky. But I have to go to work at 4 and well...sometimes those rocky road brownies are just too tempting. Helloooo tummyache.

Anyway, the only thing that kinda pisses me off about the classes of characters you can be in this game is the seperation between the two goddesses. Light and dark. Good and evil, supposedly. I mean, I'm not some crazy goody two-shoes who is dying to bring benevolence to the world, but at the same time I'm not someone who goes around sadistically cutting off people's limbs for fun. I'm kind of neutral. I don't really take sides, either, come to think of it, in ANYthing I do.

I think, I'll either be a partially "evil" elf or a Vail with a halfway decent soul.

Anyways, that's all my musing for now. Until next time.
