Killed my first Blood Frenzy Pandora's Beast and got 1,200,000 gold. I am now convinced that the gold booster addition to the game was not as blessed as it was intended to be. God save the economy!
Picked up three Heaven Stones. Now I only feel half as bad about the six I wasted last week. I think I will store them, for now. Perhaps if the price goes up more I will sell them. It all depends on whether or not I can find another level 37 wand.
I made a new friend. Found out they're a bit south of me, in the Philippines. I was ecstatic to meet someone else from this side of the world. Made the new friend a level 10-12 +3 set and a level 9+4 weapon, since they are the same class as me. It didn't cost me much, but I know that it means a lot to them.
I've finally managed to sell off all my equipment drops I've gotten the last two days. My inventory was getting terribly heavy, I was worried I'd have to resort to selling the pieces to the NPCs instead of the players. I'm glad there are still quite a few people lower than me to buy all the things I get!
Looked at the rankings again. It's funny how there are now ten capped mages. Just a couple weeks ago there were only two. I saw one of my former friends on the list, toward the bottom. I know she is powerleveling. A month ago she was level 25 and fighting side by side with me in Prokion. Now she's level 50-something and hanging with a new crowd.. and has removed me from her friend's list. It always hurts to lose a friend, and especially hurts to lose her. We spent countless hours fighting together, during which I taught her the basics--and the not-so-basics--of the game. Oh well. Another one bites the dust!
I maxed my personal attack speed buff today. It's making quite a big difference. Really helpful, considering that I can only hunt for one to two hours at a time, four times a week.
I met two different forum friends in-game today. It felt weird to be talking in live chat with 'em. O.o
During the two hours that I spent hunting today, I got to party with quite a few different people. While most of them were my level, one was a new person who had somehow wandered his way on to the auto-party matching list. We helped him out and explained a bit of the game to him. That was fun. I also solo partied with some low levels in Juno while I gathered herbs. They got an insane amount of drops! I added them all to my equipment drop list. I wish I could thank those players for their contribution, but I only know them by their character names. Maybe someday I'll see them again and get a chance to tell them how helpful they were.
This is getting long and the forums show that America is waking up. That means I'd better run.
